The complex also has an underground parking lot and offers daily room service. Each one can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. NIRIIDES APARTMENTS also offer 4studios of 40m2 each, all of which are provided with verandas, big fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air-conditioning, television, bathroom with hot water all day long and they can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The complex is 25km away from the lake Kaiafa, 58km from the Tower of Ilia, 10km from Kyparissia, 50km from Pylo. There are amazing beaches very near, such as Kokovatos, Kaiafas, Zaharo, Ai Lagoudi, Kartezas and of course the beach Kalo Nero. In the area and in the small villages nearby you will find super market, restaurants and traditional small taverns with plenty of fresh fish, bars and cafeterias.
