The apartments KIS-KIS are situated in the greenery, full of olive-trees, pine-trees and enchanting beaches very close, with comfortable apartments with sea view. A two-floor traditional building, built in an amphitheatrical position, on a fantastic small bay with sandy beaches and sea sports just 20m from us. The exterior place is shaped in unequal levels.

Single-space apartments all of them with kitchen, bathroom/WC, air-condition, 25m2 each one of them except one which is 50m2. Five of them are three-bed rooms and the sixth is for five persons. Nice furnishing all of them different with each other, in a wonderful and friendly environment are waiting for you for unforgettable vacations.

The Spalathronisia area, belongs to the Neo Marmara, we are exactly 12km after Neo Marmara, 107km from Thessaloniki, 75km from Kallithea, 60km from Ouranoupoli and 95km from the airport. Bright-green area. In our beach which is with fine sand you can enjoy sea sports such as: catamaran, sailing, wind-surfing, canoe and drink your coffee beside the beach. You can make several daily cruises by boat, as well as you can visit many beautiful places of Chalkidiki by car. In the village of Neo Marmara there is market, taverns, bars and an abundance of fresh fish. There are four taverns right by the sea, very close to our group.
