A three-floor building 30m from the beach and 100m from the port. There is elevator and a kitchen of common use on each floor. All of the rooms have balconies with sea view.

There are double and three-bed comfortable rooms with wooden furnishing, private balconies, TV, air-condition, refrigerator and telephone.

It is 220km from Athina, 29nautical miles from Pireas, by ferry boat and flying dolphins, 12km from Galata, Poros and almost 50km from Epidavros. You have also many possibilities for daily excursions to Poros, Idra, and Egina. There are hot springs the famous of Methana, appropriate for arthritics natural and heated, for gynecological and skin diseases. It is too close to three fish-villages: Vathi, Ag. Georgios, Ag. Nikolaos. There are possibilities of visiting the volcano and the springs of Pafsania at the castle of Faviero and walking at the picturesque island.
